Incorporating Blogs in the Classroom

I could use a blog in my classroom as a communication tool for my students, or a recap of the day for the students who missed the day, or for students who need a reminder. For example if I assign math homework I can make a blog restating what was taught that day in math, how to do the problems, and examples. Its a great tool to use for students with special needs who are able to navigate through a blog.
